Very Bad Experience When I arrived for my appointment at Denham Salon,no one at the counter even acknowldeged my arrival. There were 2 girls just standing and talking,they didn't even say hello or anything. The decor in the Salon has alot to be desired,it looks like a thrift store,with pots and pans hanging from the ceiling! the staff did not look professional to say the least. wanted to force personal opinions on clients After being a faithful client for 16 years, the owner had cancelled my appointment because of his unprofessionalism. The owner didn't approve that I took my 14 year old son to lunch at Chick Fil A! During these 16 years, I sat and listened to many personal stories (many that most wouldn't discuss with their best friend). Appallingly Poor Customer Service I was basically fired as a client on my first visit. I was very late and the stylist and salon refused to reschedule my appointment. I've been in Pittsburgh 2 weeks. I've driven into Downtown twice, once for my consultation with Dan and once for my appointment. They'd been recommended to me. The area is full of construction and can be confusing. BEST salon in Pittsburgh! They made arrangements to get me in last minute. Cassie did a great job and I have gotten so many compliments on my hair. They gave me a follow up after and i’m from Philly and they called to just make sure I made It home! Definitely going to make a trip just to see them when I get my hair done! I would give them more than 5 stars!
