New to PGH and saw Laura tonight. She was great, I got perfect color. Definitely staying with her!
Although the stylist was super friendly and knew what she was doing, I got purple highlights and it faded into blonde just 3 days later (she said it would fade but made it seem like it would last way longer than that). she was willing to redo my hair until the salon manager intervened and he was completely rude and uncaring. after he made it seem like such a big deal for them to redo my hair I got really fed up and annoyed and just asked for a refund. he refused a refund and wouldn't do anything for me to make up for the unh... read more
Both myself and my 2 sons go to Denham and LOVE this place and more the stylists and staff. It is such a friendly atmosphere. The stylists are young enough yet experienced to be creative for my son who loves to be different with his hair. Dan is awesome for him. Timmy, the owner, is just amazing! To the haters, I doubt anywhere would make you happy if you did not have a positive experience here
