After a life of going to 8 or 10 different dentists and having some very bad experiences, I was very cynical of dentists in general. But then I was very blessed by my God to have come in contact with Dr. Lazaar. I don't have the anxiety and fear that I used to have whenever I had to go in for any work to be done. I'm stumped! I simply don't know how you could improve. When I came your office, it was very clean. You treated me respect and were very friendly. I had no long wait at the office and you were very good about answering questions. If you were in school and I were the teacher, I would give you an A++. I will rewrite this for YELP for the 3rd person.
A pleasant visit as always
Wonderful experience at this office. Super friendly and helpful staff. The doctor herself is very thorough and helpful, with an amazing, charismatic personality.
My visit today once again was a class act by Dr. Maye and her assistant Catherine. I experienced professionalism, gentle handling of my oral cavity, gentle injections, patient working for 90 minuted or so, thoughtful offering of taking a break to relieve the jaw muscles. Highly recommend Smiles by Design Dentistry.

I was unable to visit the dentist for 14 years because of my anxiety in the chair. When I decided it had to get done I chose a dentist that provided sedation. It was so expensive, I knew I couldn't continue to have every dental appointment cost that much. After much research I settled on Dr. Maye Lazar's office. My first visit to Dr. Lazaar's office was very positive. I have had some terrible dentistry in the past and I feel confident moving forward with my treatment with this team. Everything from the warm reception upon arrival, to the exceptional exam, cleaning and thorough explanation of my dental issues was very reassuring to me that this is the right git for me.
