My visit with Dr. Maye was for a routine cleaning and checkup. I was very pleased with the entire experience. My wait was short, the hygenist was gentle, thorough and detailed. Dr. Maye's checkup was also gentle, thorough and detailed. I have had dental repair work done in the past, and that experience was similar to this. I highly recommend Dr. Maye and her staff!
My dental appt was exceptional. I was comfortable and cozy with a blanket and pillow as I had my fillings replaced and teeth cleaned. Dr Maye Lazar and her staff are extremely friendly, warm, and gentle.
After 30 years of searching for the perfect dentist and staff - I have finally found it! I absolutely love them. They were extremely gentle (in cleaning and filling my cavity) and explained every part of the process to me. Apparently, they also showed me how to brush my teeth, I've been doing it wrong all these years and none of the other dentists/hygienist ever explained it to me. I have found MY dentist!
The hygienist was thorough and gentle with her work and the cleaning of my teeth. She was considerate and made sure that I was not in any pain. She also explained every step of the cleaning. I am overall satisfied with the cleaning work done on my teeth, and the consulting done by doctor Lazaar after the cleaning.
Outstanding job by the Hygienist, Dr. Lazzar, and receptionist. A great place to have dental work done. The best in San Jose!
I have had the most pleasant experiences with Dr. Maye Lazaar and the staff. Not only is it pain free, it is quite comfortable. As a patient who has had severe anxiety for many years, I am completely confident and pleased with this dentistry. It sounds weird to here of something such as that but it's true. Thank you very much for making it pain free in all ways. Definitely 5 stars all the way!

Dr. Maye and her staff are very professional and friendly... They also care about your health teeth and Dr. Maye always looks for your best interest, for what's good for you. The Dr. & the staff are very good at explaining things to you and making sure that you understand the procedures. Nora at the front desk "she's the Best there is!!" I recomment visiting "Smiles by design dentistry" 5 out of 5 stars!
