On my first visit, I got the owner and she did a wonderful job. However, my most recent visit was disappointing. The woman doing my pedicure either refused to comply with my request or couldn't understand me. The owner kindly stepped in to fix the issue. I had a male technician to get sns on my fingernails and he clearly didn't have enough experience. My nails are inconsistent, rough and required a redo on the polish because his nails kept hitting mine during the rough massage. I finally gave up.
Wonderful! Professional, kind people and very relaxing place to go. Always love my manicures and pedicures. Thanks y'all!!

The first time I went it was wonderful and after that it went progressively down hill. Today I had to ask for them to heat my water up 4 times before it happened. The chairs are wore out and I feel like my butt is bruised and the manager laughed when I got up and said "is it numb?" So I guess they don't care if their chairs hurt your behind. They rushed through the service and didn't even ask me to wash in between taking the polish off and skipped the hand massage and lotioning. Must find a new place or just do my own nails!
Fantastic service and Uber clean facility. I always go to Elizabeth... professional and thorough!!! Chairs could use some updating, but otherwise, great!
