Erica(older Asian) Rushed through my nails when asked to change one color on two nails was told no because she had somewhere to be and she will fix later after I said I don’t have time later she said oh what are you doing? Nail quality is bad in general lumpy and have debris painted into them because she didn’t have me wash my hands. I will not be going back. Can not believe I paid for these, absolutely terrible customer service.
I love this place. David does an outstanding job every single time on my acrilics, the pedicures are great, and they are some of the nicest and most hospitable ppl I’ve had the pleasure of being taken care of by. Try it!!
Came here three months ago and had to get my toes redone within an hour of leaving because the polish was hideous. Came back today because my regular shop was closed and sister insisted on me giving them another chance. Rude and mediocre work. It’s so many better places in Killeen.
At first I thought I had found my forever shop. I was wrong. I love the pedicures 9 time out of 10. Lately though, the techs have not spoken much English at all so they don't do as asked. Or they ignore me intentionally. But the last few times it has been ridiculously down hill this recent time had angered me beyond belief.
