I am wondering if these service technicians have a clue on what they are doing. It seems they are more interested on playing on their phones and joking around...been here for almost a hour to get my oil changed and 2 bulbs replaced...really ?
I paid a lot for a car wash and interior cleaning. I could not see the difference between that and my usual $20 car wash....in fact I still had to touch up my car...had to dry off some additional wet spots and they didn't even touch my wheels.....complete waste of $80
After telling them multiple times which oil change I wanted, they then decided to give me their MOST expensive one. Definitely not what I asked for today so why would you just decide to do that without my consent?? Didn't even apologize. Just said "Oh...." Horrible customer service. Last time I give them my business.
So i guess it OK for employees to be on there phone now texting and playing game ppl got fired for something like this and now it OK
