People who have the fast pass for the carwash shouldn't be sitting in line longer than the people in the paying Lanes. Also the tags attached to the car for the fast pass Lane work half the time and it takes forever to get through.
I called myself bringing in the New Year with a nice cleaned and serviced car. Went to the Delta Sonic in Crestwood, IL on 12/31/17. Had them do an oil change and I purchased their recommendation for a new air filter. Yesterday my car stalled out on me in the middle of the expressway, spent all day trying to get my car towed back to Nissan. Today, Nissan tells me oh looks like your mass air flow censor failed because the air filter was not replaced!!! �� They didn’t even put the new air filter I purchased back in my vehicle!... read more

As a neighbor of delta sonic I can say it's unfortunate you do not control your customers loud music or thumping base. We were here before you and don't appreciate you. Have some respect for the neighborhood and turn that crap down.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! I just left even though my truck is STILL FILTHY!! Too many shit employees who don't care about the customers, only about the money!! Dave is the ONLY employee who cared about anything! They changed me TWICE as much as what's advertised! I'm so pissed off I even bothered going there because NOW I have to pay again to take it to professionals (these people are f'ing AMATEURS)!!
