I went to this location for a SYNTHETIC oil change on my 2017 car. I was charged for a SYNTHETIC oil change... the one that the dealership recommends I change every 7500 miles. When I went somewhere else for the next one they told me that the regular oil that was in my car was very dirty and asked me if I wanted to stick with the regular oil that was in it or if I wanted to switch. “One hour detail” (a $100 charge) is really an hour and forty-five minutes. Carve out enough time for them to take their time to do a half-assed job. My fingers are so greasy from the cleaning job that no amount of handwashinh with regular soap can get rid of. I still see spots where they missed vacuuming and shampooing. Inner windshield is smeared and there “vanilla scent” they said they were adding wasn’t included. Asked for a manager, and they told me I could come back for a free interior. 2 stars I felt it was a bit pricey especially when I went for the interior to be cleaned the young man asked if I wanted anything in particular focused on by him. I said I wanted my back cargo area (Santa fe) to be vacuumed and wiped down. Upon inspection when they said they were finished I checked and it hadn’t been touched. I got a bit of attitude from the young man when I asked for it to be cleaned. Don’t ask what I want done if you’re going to ignore it.
