Took my truck there to get my interior cleaned. Explained to the staff what had happened and was advised to buy the interior steam. The car came off the conveyor and I said that it was still the same as when it went through. The carpet and mat still very dirty. The worker (with a very condescending attitude) stated that that’s what you get for this particular fee. Employees have always been courteous to me, but why do I (almost always) have to ask for the tire dressing that comes with the SuperKiss? I understand an employee can overlook it on occasion, however, it’s the opposite...it’s only remembered on occasion.
After they charge you $100 for an inside outside detail carpet and seat shampoo , the guy at the belt tells you “you only got half a detail!” and proceeds to tell you that for $30 more he can run a damp rag along your door card and apply “seat wax” that will repel stains. They couldn’t even wipe the dust off of the dashboard. I paid for a 30 minute interior cleaning and my car was bought back to me in exactly 9 minutes. The interior was half cleaned. I asked For a manager, he came over visibly irritated to address the issues, never apologized. He said he would take my vehicle through to be cleaned again. I wouldn’t recommend this location for interior cleanings.
This is the worst car wash in the Chicagoland area!!!! The exterior wash is only ok and the interior is a joke!! Not worth my hard earned money, i'll drive further to Fullers where they get the job done!
Great place, fast and super friendly service and I highly recommend the unlimited monthly car wash plan!!!!!
