Dec. 19,2019 my daughter had braces put on. The doctors office filed the paperwork with our carrier Delta Dental and submitted the claim. in February 2020 delta claimed we were not paid up to date of service and denied the claim. Upon investigation we were paid , we had renewed our plan in December 2019 which caused the billing error. We were told by delta to re submit claim it would be taken care of.
