We were transferred to Dell this weekend from a trauma unit in Wilco. I was apprehensive because our prior experiences at Dell had not been great, but the ER staff, PICU and IMC did a good job with my daughter. They kept us informed and openly discussed lab results, etc with us. However today we went back for the follow up visit and it was not a good experience.
