This review is not about the hospital. Our service was great. This review is regarding the billing office. Your child gets admitted into the hospital for something unforeseen and you start receiving numerous statements from numerous providers that worked on your child. The biggest statement will always be from the hospital. Needless to say you have limited resources to pay all the providers and you request payment arrangements with the providers. Great staff. Major drawback is long waits. We were in the waiting room almost 3 hours. Guess I can't say much though, it is Austin after all
