We had been going to Delaware Eye Care Ctr. for more than 15 years. Their doctors and staff were always good until we encountered Dr.Timothy Doyle. He was rude and refused to refill my prescription medication that had been working fine and tried to prescribe something else. Then he misdiagnosed my wife saying she had Glaucoma which was never substantiated by further testing.. .
I did not have a good experience recently as a new patient at the DE Eye Care Center in Newark. My appointment time was 10:10 AM; my name was called 30 minutes later. I was shuffled from one technician to another, the second of whom curled her eyelashes while waiting for my eyes to dilate. (I am an RN and if I conducted myself in this manner while providing patient care I wouldn’t have a job.)
