I don't think everyone needs a step by step explanation of your office facilities, most if it is obvious to experienced patients.
I had a great experience with DeLaura Dental, the staff was excellent and the treatment was superb!
Wonderful staff. Felt very welcome, patient with kids. It was the first time my kids ever wanted to go back to the dentist. Super kid friendly and Dr delaura is beyond wonderful.
My son Jay is 9 years old, this was his first time at the office. Jay was so impressed as I was with the warmth and kindness towards Jay and explaining to Jay everything about his visit. Jay is excited and thrilled to go back in 6 mths. The staff was top notch, from the front desk, hygenists to the Dentist.
Mallory was extremely helpful and very patient with us.
Lindsey was so nice and gentle with my cleaning. She's a great addition to your team
As always, my experience was great. From the first greeting at the door, the tech that cleaned my teeth, having X-rays done to seeing the dentist and having a cavity fixed. All were very professional and very, very friendly. I'd like to say welcome to Lindsey. She was so nice and gentle while she worked on my teeth. I enjoyed our conversation. She's a great addition to an already terrific staff. When asked, I always recommend your office. Thanks for another great visit
My only suggestion would be to offer nervous children the gas before even beginning. Miabella was so upset from the shots she couldn't listen to us explain the benefits of the gas to her. I also can't figure out why I needed to request the gas, it seems it should have been offered a lot sooner. She is pretty traumatized by the 5 shots and then feeling him pull her tooth out. I really think had we begun with the gas BEFORE the shots, she would have been able to relax, and the shots would have worked better. But of course the ... read more
Everyone was very nice. Hygenist was gentle, informative, pleasant personality. Dr. DeLaura was his usual self, nice, business like and explained what needed to be done.
