I was given too much antesetic on the cotton swab. I needed more access to the suction or maybe the hygenist could have used suction more often with rinsing more often. The suction didn't seem to be working fully and the rinse was like a shower non stop. Smaller areas at a time is what I'm use to with periodontal disease. My past hygenist did a quarter area at a time and it worked out better. She did a good job cleaning and removed alot of tartar. very good personnel and good service
EVERYONE who I met was friendly and professional. This dentist office actually went beyond any expectations I had for a dentist, making me feel more comfortable with being there AND... it's the first dentist I am looking forward to going back to! They are very encouraging, with the progress you'll have getting your teeth in the best shape, makes me want to keep up on flossing! I am very pleased with the entire building, equipment & especially staff, thank you!

I generally take very good care of my teeth, I could floss more, but I do it regularly on my front teeth and on the back about once a week. I brush and use mouthwash twice a day. However, when my teeth were cleaned this time it was very painful. During the ultrasonic cleaning (my first) of my lower teeth my eyes were tearing up, I was wincing, and starting to sweat. I would like too see more accommodating financial programs too Work with those who have no insurance instead of giving them a Antibiotic and an appiontment 2 weeks away!
I did not expect to have a filling, but the Dr. (I forgot his name :() was exceptional. I will probably replace all of this silver sooner than later.
