very good doctor & staff...
Dana, Lindsey and Dr. Papsin are always a pleasure to deal with. Even though I've only been a patient in the office for one year, everyone always makes me feel welcome. The office is also accommodating to my needs as I require a wheelchair for mobility.

The person that called me in said that they were going to start with x-rays. I recall a few years ago that my insurance changed and will only cover x-rays every other year. So I asked how long it had been since my last x-rays and it had been 3 month short of two years. So had I not asked and just let them take the x-rays I would have ended out having to pay for them. I think this is something that should be in my chart so it is known just in case I don't think of it.
Concerning temporary caps it is my suggestion that you use an adhesive that lasts until the appointment to get the crown seated. It is disruptive to patients to have teeth fall out and have to come back before the time to get a new crown seated. That is my opinion anyway.
