I just experienced what is arguably the worst encounter with a medical professional in my life due to the actions of the hygienist who was assigned to my normal six month cleaning. As a long time patient I have always been treated with respect and courtesy in your office, as has my entire family, and we have always appreciated in particular your demeanour and overall approach to patient care. I know trust is hard in patient but it would help out if there was a way for patients to get monthly payment plan options and set up auto payment so money is taken out of the accounts..not having dental insurance is difficult especially in they way the economy is
It was my daughters first dental appointment, and I cannot say enough great things about this office. She was completely comfortable, and completely relaxed, great staff, great doctors.
Staff is always professional and friendly. I was confused by learning that my dental benefits for this year were exhausted. I thought that my implant was billed last year and that I would have full benefit this year to apply toward additional implants or needed crown?? Probably best if I call to get a better understanding.
Had to ask about the price. It was good to know ahead of time -what it would be,

Best patient care and service I have ever received from any dentist office. I called with very short notice and your office was able to see me the same day so that I could leave the next day for vacation. Thank you very much! I am considering changing dentists and moving to this office.
Everyone was nice and welling to explain things when I had a question. I just didn't like being told I should change my mouth wash because she personally didn't care for the brand I use. I haven't had a problem with the mouth wash I use and have no desire in changing in it.
Very friendly staff! Finally feel like we have found the right dentist.
