Excellent service. They called us to inform us of recall and fixed next day. Whenever I've had to wait any length of time, a driver has taken me to get food and come back for me. The only Chevy dealer we will go to.
Worst customer service ever. Horrible communications skill from all levels of management. After having my car worked on I'm hesitant to even have them do the recall work on my car. Thinking of just taking it to Bakersfield.
