Today was ridiculous!! I left a message with the service department and a lady called me back finally after 3 days!! When I spoke with her I told her that I needed to check if my car was under warranty so I could take it in ((heater and defroster not working). She made me an appointment. I asked her is it under warranty, told her my make, model, and milage and she said it should be. We bought a GM Certified car here a couple of years ago. Our salesman was funny, friendly, and great! The transaction was one of the smoothest I’ve ever had. Fast forward to this month. We have had so many issues with the car (NOT the dealers fault). Delano Chevy went above and beyond to make sure my family and I had a great experience when I purchased my new GMC Sierra. Jay Ramos was thoroughly prepared before I even step foot on their lot. I looked at vehicles online and called and spoke with Jay Ramos. He took care of everything. Very professional and prompt. I drive from Bakersfield and he had the truck ready for me to test drive. He even delivered my truck to my house in Bakersfield, that evening at 9pm!!!!!!!! Way to go!!!
