I can not express how dissatisfied I am with Delano Gmc. We bought a new Yukon, and traded in our vehicle. Part of the equity in our trade in went as a down payment, with $5k back to us. It's been almost three weeks and still no $5k. During the financing paper work they weren't going to give me a receipt stating they owe us $5k, we finally got it in writing. They said it would take 2 weeks for the $5k because they had to wait for my trade in title to clear. Two weeks passed and now they are saying they are waiting for funds ... read more
