they lied to my wife and now will not answer her and blocked her
You would think a dealership would want other customers to refer them as a honest company who is selling you "one" of the most important purchases you will make. Sadly, not the case here just in a hurry to sell a car that would cause my daughter nothing but heartache and leave her stranded with our 3 year old granddaughter several times. I speak to a lot of people every day at my job who ask me for references on different things, I will be happy to let them know our experience with Delano Chevrolet.
The dealership is good the guys I was working with very awesome guys. I went there with a mindset of what I wanted and needed but looking at the big picture came out on top with brand new wheel never had a brand new car before so this is the first and thanks to the guys that help me made it worth it.
This place is a joke we bout a car on Saturday and Tuesday the service engine light came on so we took it back to the dealership and then we picked it up and they try to tell us that we gotta come up with another $3,000 down or we can't drive it out a lot after we've already put $2,000 down
This place is a joke, tries to get out of warranties and don't take reponsibility for a vehicle you supposably did a 172 point inspection just over 120 days ago, no way brakes should be the issue. Slow, rude and not very considerate to the fact people have things to do other than sir here for hours on end
