Moved to the complex Nov 1,2016. Absolutely love it here. Nice apartments- the staff is amazing. The maintanece guys are just as amazing. Everything is clean and neat.
The staff is great and the place is wonderful. It's a nice place to call home.
Still waiting on the return of my deposit from March 6th. South Carolina law says that they should have already returned it what do you think?
Edit: So this is last update that I'm giving for this disappointment of a complex. So for a time management was doing ok for a little while. But it was all pretty much a facade to pacify the growing number of unhappy residents( there are a lot of us). I believe in being patient, we're humans, we make mistakes but this complex puts a new meaning to the word negligent. 6-24-2015 Just moved to South Carolina. Our family loves the apartment, and neighborhood. Lots of amenities and pool and playground is great and well kept! The complex is very close to shopping, ie: Walmart, Aldis, Walgreens cvs and a little further away you'll find target, Pier1 imports, Starbucks panera, big lots, etc!
