Great lodge. Ignore the negative reviews. They're left by people who are clueless. It's a lodge, in the forest, run by a state park. It's not a 5 star hotel in the middle of a large urban downtown area, nor was it designed to be. If you're looking for a great rural get away, this is the place. You're surrounded by a beautiful lake. There are forested walking trails, bike rentals, canoe rentals, playgrounds for the kids, etc. We'll be back. It's the best lodge I've ever visited.
My husband and I stayed for our honeymoon this weekend. It's so beautiful and peaceful here. I absolutely loved it. We plan to come more often. The people are very nice and helpful the room and view was wonderful. We had a great time. ❤

Love all their new CLEAN flooring! I can tell they really care about their facility. I saw Complete Detail Cleaning their floors and it all seemed really nice!
