So, our little get-a-away to Deer Creek this past weekend, ended up being memorable. The Kids came down with a rash last night. Took her to the doctor today and was diagnosed with Hot Tub Folliculitis, which is caused by bacteria in the heated jacuzzi or pool. Thankfully treated with an antibiotic, but a nuisance none the less.
Do not stay here! They lied on the phone when I made reservations. They refused to give me the reservations I made. They also refused to allow our party to use their public tables and wanted to charge money for use of chairs and tables. Disgusting!! I won't comment on the decor of rooms but the management is sad to say the least.
Needs updates but enjoyed my stay! Lots to do around the area but there are really no places to eat close by.
