Visited yesterday to find out more about cabin we have booked for this summer. The front desk representative was amazing and answered lots of questions about the park. She let us tour a cabin, so we could see what they are like. We then had soup and salad at restaurant, it was good too. Lake is beautiful even on a cloudy day! Love Deer Creek, I have been there many times.It never gets old.
Very poor service!! The lady at the front desk asked us to step aside so she could help the next person because they was checking out and we wanted to check in SK we did. We ended up waiting forever. Finally after waiting on her to deal with five other p and three calls and in between told us I'll be with you in a minute. The five ppl wasn't all at once either and she left us waiting a really long time so we left. Guess she wasn't to worried about checking so.some in. Beautiful landscape. Kids had fun swimming and game room was alot of fun. But we stayed 2 nights we had no pillows and 2 of the bunk beds in loft had no blankets or sheets. We had no towels. The restaurant servers were really nice but for the price the food other than the salads were not very much. And my daughter wanted shrimp scampi but they were rubbery and gross. We had an enexpected snow squall come out of no where on St. Patty's day afternoon. Amazing to watch come over the lake from the lobby and dining room. They kept the giant fireplace going all weekend. Very nice.
The staff was extremely nice...opened gift shop for me after they closed, pool was clean, newly remodeled, food and wait staff were very good.. definitely recommend
It was extremely out dated FILTHY n OVERPRICED.. Hard to find pool n everything FILTHY.. the only good thing was the fireplace n not even that because it was GAS SMH. I HOPE I NEVER EVER EVER HAVE TO GO BACK. The date í was there was the end of feb 2017
