Great fun place for cocktails or happy hour
If you would like a great view and great hostess accommodation this is the place. The food and service on the other hand was mediocre. We felt like we were placed in our waitresses section as an inconvenience to her. Our kids meals were fair. We’re here on vacation with our family and our last night out did not exceed our expectations. Though we still would recommend solely on the comfort of the hostess staff and view of the water. Eating near the water is always a good thing
The food at Deck 84 is always very good. On this occasion, Lisa our server gave us great service, but the food came out cold. I mentioned this to staff on the way out, and the next day I got a call from the General Mgr, who apologized and asked us to please come again soon so they can make it right. We really appreciate their concern for the customer experience, which is why we dine at all four of the Rapoport’s restaurants. We’re actually going to dinner at Max’s Grill tonight.
