Hi Jo-Lynn. Yes. Rapoport’s Restaurant Group recently made a change to the rewards program and it is now only valid at Burt & Max’s. The logos on the door are representative of the restaurants that Rapoport’s operates and manages. It doesn’t necessarily mean they are part of the rewards program. Sorry for any confusion.
I am not a burger person I am a proud beef guy. I love a huge juicy mignon, T-bone, cowboy steak etc but from time to time I just want a nice homemade like sandwich and then is when I say to my wife “let’s go to Deck 84”

Food was great and service was good. But my partner and I had miss counted the bill total. The waiter came back & asked why there was no tip. Instead of being more courteous and saying the amount was off. Because we were short. It is polite to tip. And waiters do appreciate it. But you don’t have to. I was going to tip but changed my mind after the way she took it upon herself to request a tip. As a server you are never suppose to ask for a tip. Besides that food was great & she was kind.
