The gentlemen taking phone calls was very rude. I couldn't even finish my sentences. Won't be giving any more business to this clinic.

I have had yet another problem when calling this place for an appointment. EVERY time I call, I get treated incredibly rudely by their receptionist, Eric. I've seen him treating other clients rudely when I checked out with my animals and I can absolutely COUNT on his rudeness every time I take one of my six animals (not counting the four I'm fostering) to this clinic.
