Very friendly staffed. Not over priced. Very clean and very professional
do not take your pets here. I had to put my cat down and they yelled at me the entire time. it was awful I will be going to the better business bureau
Dr Allrich was rude, cold, and just plain heartless. All she could do was tell me that our dog was in rough shape and after bloodwork was done, she came in the room and just flat out said my pet had to be euthanized. No "I'm sorry", she didn't try to soften the blow at all, and we almost felt as if she was blaming us for a dog having an organ fail. For a vet to be so unfeeling while shes telling me to put a member of my family to sleep is very unsettling and made the heartbreaking ordeal much more traumatic than it had to be... read more
If you care about your animals do NOT take them here my dog went in for grooming and never got up again when she came home I don't know what happened but my girl of 18 years is gone. So please be careful with this place
I lost my dog in less than 30 days after his geriatric blood work and exrays were done here.I was told he developed diabetes, ketoaacidious, and pancreatitis in this short amout of time. I had to have my baby euthanized on my 61 birthday. I will NEVER be the same. On top of paying Decatur vet for care we had to pay $425.00 to lay him to rest. I received 3 excuses on how this could happen in a month. Forever heartbroken.
Called at lunch time had an emergency and they said they were going to lunch and didn't have time. Wow...
Thank you for everything you have done for our three dogs, roady, chester and moosednd before them, bear dog
