Get better Veterinarians. They don't listen to their customers. They also dont call back to check on the pet. My dog was diagnosed with kennel cough after just 5 mins. Meds did nothing. Just scheduled an appointment at Eagke Creek Animal Clinic.

Recently a friend of mine had to have their beloved dog put to rest because this clinic did not listen to it's patient's parent's. They expressed concerns and asked multiple times for xrays of the pups foot. They were told by the clinic that they were unable to do anything even if they found something. This clinic is neglectful and disrespectful. Please I urge everyone to find a different veterinarian.

In August of last year my dog had an accident on her back. We took her to Decatur Vet Clinic, After 2 surgeries she was still in pain and about 2 months ago she was not using one of her legs. After asking a minimum of 4 times for an X-ray, and not getting one we went to a different clinic. What they found was a tumor that was not only in the bone but the blood stream as well. They told us we had to either have a 3rd surgery that was less than 50% chance she would survive and be in pain the whole way through. Or put her to sl... read more

Today at 12:30 I have to go put my dog down because of the negligent care we received at Decatur Vet Clinic. About two months ago, Jax started experiencing pain in her foot along with a severe infection in her back due to an accident. While treating the infection, we asked them no less than 4 times to X-ray and look at her foot. They did not saying “We’re not specialized in orthopedics so we didn’t bother, even if I find something, I don’t know what to do”. Yesterday after going to a different vet, we found a tumor on her fo... read more

Dr. Allrich and staff were wonderful when I brought my sweet boy in to be put down. They didnt know Chubbs and you would have never known that. They hugged me and told me how sorry they were and that meant a lot! Job well done team!

I've really appreciated the way they rescue animals and find them new homes, (how I got my current kitty) and how kind they were when myself and friends have had to put animals down from old age. It's pretty meaningful that they light a candle and let us cry!!
