The hotel is in serious need of updating. There are tubs on the floor to catch the leaks from the roof. The service in the Bar was deplorable. The banquets we attended kept running out of food. with no refill coming. the front desk staff worked tirelessly. One was particularly rude.
The Mothers Day Brunch was not very good, the pork loin was raw, tried to say it was the marinate, but it had blood coming out of it. They did come up and brought two pieces that were done.the chicken was tough, will not do it again, think they should have discounted us

Spent a huge amount of money and was not treated well by management. They didn't have my table clothes correct for a very important event. I had to scramble last minute to fix the error. They had no solution for the mistake the day of the event and afterwards refunded me less than what it cost to fix. I was not impressed by the lack of customer service. There is a certain way to treat individuals spending money.
The guestrooms face the conference area so you get to be woken up early in the morning by people walking in front of your window and talking then at night when you’re trying to sleep you get woken up by people standing out in front of your room partying. Somehow they missed this when I checked in and then the reviews #Don’tStayAtDCCH
We came down the day before Thanksgiving so we would be in town for the holiday and my daughter was super excited to go swimming but when we went down to the pool the only thing we could use was the hot tub because the water was like ice. so that was disappointing. Also we went to get a couple snacks and they are extremely over priced, way worse than a movie theater with their markup. The hallway to our room also smelled like fish.
