Huge conference center but I thought I was in the 1980's. The pics on the website are misleading. Reminded me of a Holiday Inn Express in the South.
Stayed Aug 10 and 11 it was amazing I recommend this place to anyone
I would like to say I enjoyed my stay here at Decatur Conference center and hotel. The staff welcomed us with open arms. The food was excellent. The pool was clean. The rooms were nice. I especially loved that they made sure my family was taken care of. We will definitely be visiting again.
Was there the rooms were not ready when we finally got the room no towels and the bed was not ready told the front desk all they said was sorry about theater about that
Staff was rude. There was blood all over the pool bathroom, charges made on the card used for payment that werent specified, the key slider in the door to the room was wiggly and unsafe. Lots of questionable people roaming around. Definetly will not be going back and will not be reccomending. Actually the opposite. Would reccomend 0 out of 5.

RecommendedComing from a business perspective, I work with this hotel a lot for large groups accommodations. The sales team is always quick to respond, flexible with changes, even last minute, and are generally easy to work with.
