I have had several experiences with the staff at Debnam. Each time I contact them they have worked to get me answers and respond to my concerns. They have a small but seemingly dedicated staff who are more responsive than the larger firms I have had contact with. They also seem to have a nice portfolio of properties in the Raleigh area.
I've had many interactions with the team at DCRE. They have always been responsive, professional, and fair. They are a pleasure to work with from a deal making standpoint and clearly have their tenant's best interest in mind.
Extremely unhelpful and rude. Calld to inquire about the company and was told to call them when we're ready to book and ask more questions. I guess pre-planning is not part of their business strategy.
