Excellent service from front desk and technicians. Had a very difficult time scheduling delivery last year and ended up buying pellets elsewhere.

A Great Experience! Return Customer Dean's Stove hasn't disappointed me yet. In 2008 I bought a Poineer Bay from Dean's and it works great. I just recently got a 34 DVL installed and I love it. The installers were so nice and friendly. I feel they give out the best information and back up their product. I feel they taught me everything I needed to know. Dean's is the place to shop! HONESTLY!
Save your time and money and go some where else! Horrible. I wish there was a lower rating thans, EH!, This was the single BIGGEST waste of my time EVER! All I needed were parts that I already had the part numbers for. All they had to do was push send and order. Four months later I am still hearing lame excuses, no calls back and zero follow through. We have waited for over 15 minutes multiple times for them to "research" my order only to find out AGAIN, that they did not order. There is zero follow through with this company... read more
Avoid at All Costs There are certainly other businesses that sell and install fireplaces, stoves, inserts, and spas. Go to one of them. I can only recommend Dean's if, for some reason, you enjoy any of the following: 1. incompetent installers 2. uncoordinated schedulers 3. having an unusable, expensive appliance sit in your house for an extended period It is nice to see that someone has had an enjoyable experience with the folks at Dean's. pleasurable shopping experience We had our new fireplace delivered about a month ago and I have to say I'm so happy that we found this place! I read so many bad reviews about the ones in my area and decided to take a chance on Dean's. I'm very happy that we did because they have been nothing but pleasurable to deal with. *thumbs up*
