Jeff Bart is fantastic! He fixed my stove, and really takes the time to make sure everything is working properly. Jeff will not leave the site until everything is good to go! Highly recommend Dean's Stove & Spa Inc!

Horrible!! I wish I saw these reviews before purchased my Ravelli rv80 stove from them! Probably worst experience in purchasing anything for my home EVer! Honestly there were about 7 things that happened from initial install to today where my stove is only 1 year old & stopped working 3x. I own a buisoenss and if this was how I ran a company I would be ashamed! The owner has reputation of straight up now caring at all. What a terrible company! We purchased a stove and set up a Saturday delivery because we were in no rush for the stove (we purchased in August). We gave a deposit and was told that the installer would need a check that day. No problem. At no point did Dean or others helping to write up and schedule the appointment mention we needed to pay for the remaining balance before the scheduled delivery. Scheduler from Dean's said she called 4 times to confirm the delivery, don't know who she called but wasn't me, so as we waited aroun... read more

I bought a Lopi Greenfield gas stove from Dean's in Sept 2012. They installed it only to have it break down in 4 months. The repairman came and said it was not correctly installed reconnected the internal parts. He got it going and requested that this model be cleaned yearly. I called and scheduled a cleaning in Nov 2014 only to have nobody show on the appointed time. I have had several bad experiences with Dean's over the recent past. I made the mistake of buying a propane stove there. It often takes me 20 minutes to get through to someone, where they check and have to recheck information. I made an appointment for a servicing for a Saturday, waiting 6 weeks for that appointment. I called the day of the appointment. Someone finally answered and said they did not see my appointment! They said someone would get back to me and no one ever did. The worst. After waiting three weeks, yes three weeks for service their "boy" to show up he shows up with no parts to repair my one year old LOPI Pellet Stove from TRAVIS Industries who by the way informed me that they cannot control their vendors actions.The pellet stove is under under warranty. "Service Manager" Bob blames "these kids need to learn to check the parts inventory". Purchasing a pellet stove at Dean's Stoves and Spas was the worst experience I have ever had with purchasing a product! Have to admit sales people are good but if anything goes wrong the customer service is horrendous!. I would never recommend this place to anyone! Plenty other places to go where service is a pleasure. JK

Service is terrible called for appointment best they can do was 9 days out ok busy it's their busy season. Appointment was set for 2-11-14 between 10-12 12:15 no show called Deans he stuck at another job (a phone call would of been nice) I left to go back to work my adult son was home service guy called my house because I called deans said he was on his way . I got home at 4:15 service guy never showed up even after calling the house again called deans ( I was his second job) needless to say I told him to forget about coming... read more
