Terrible customer service. They only want the sale, no problem resolution. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere (anywhere) else.
Very helpful. We brought in dimensions for our home specially and they were able to direct us on what would work for our individual needs. Did not feel like they were pushing one brand vs. another.

I go out of my way to support local business. Dean's can't get out of their own way....2 sales calls scheduled ....no show x 2. First time I had to call them the next day to tell them their sales rep didn't show. Then told I was going to have to "wait" to get a rep out. I waited for next apt - and no surprises,sales rep didn't show. No follow up the next day they didn't show. Seriously?
