Service was good shrimp was good Poboy bread was hard. Overall I would go back
The food, drinks and service were outstanding. There was a wait, but the time went fast. Loved the spicy new potatoes.

Me and my family traveled to New Orleans for my birthday weekend and I had eaten at Deanies several times before so I couldn't wait until they had a chance to taste and experience the food I'd been telling them about. When we got there the seven of us we waited to be seated for over an hour. When it was finally our turn they sat us at different tables saying they don't put tables together to accommodate more than 6 people now mind you it was only 7 of us and I was in a wheelchair so I didn't need a seat. Great place to eat. Most places out of 4 dinners 2-3are great. Not here. We had 4 superb dinners. Thank you very much to the complete staff
I've eaten at many New Orleans restaurants and can honestly say this place has the best étouffée and a great place to bring kids!
