Shoddy bookkeeping consistently requires me to provide bank statements to prove payment and I had to provide phone records to prove I had canceled an appointment a week earlier. Still saying I have a balance but no one there could tell me what for. Is it negligence or deliberate?
Very pleasant women at the desk. Therapist is wonderful. The one i see is an art therpist so coming here for 50 min once a week is always good to look forward to. The psychiatrist is wonderful as well. I would recommend this place to anyone having a hard time, dealing with depression anxiety, phobias.. Whatever it may be. They are here to help and do help.
Kaleb is by far the most kindest, genuine, down to earth counselor I’ve ever talked to, he makes me feel comfortable talking to him when I’m normally a nervous wreck! Need more like him
