They make it extremely easy to schedule online service appointments and even easier to make adjustments when your codes update on your dashboard before your scheduled appointment! Had a recent experience with the Service Dept and I must applaud Peter my Service Advisor. He went above and beyond to make sure I was a happy customer. Great Customer Service skills!

Do not get your car serviced here. Service Dept gives unsolicited phone calls for additional work that was already declined a month ago. When I asked to please stop calling me, they said I would have to come in to ask their supervisor in person to be removed from their calling list. If I have to go to Honda again, I will drive the extra distance to Mawah instead.

Hi Igor, thanks for the feedback. Yes, we sometimes follow up with customers who we found to have had safety concerns on their vehicle when they visited to make sure they took care of them. We care about the safety of our patrons. Obviously you don't have to "come in and speak to a supervisor" if you don't want us to contact you, that would be absurd. Who told you that?
