Bought a used car on 3/18 and was told there was No Issues on inspection. Drove it for a week and discovered Fuel Gauge is broke, both headlights went out, Evap needs replaced front brake and rotors need replaced and the Catalytic Converter needs replaced. I have a hard time believing that the inspection did not show any of these issues. Do no buy used form Tom Wood Honda

I regret ordering brake parts from Honda of Jonesboro online (onlinehondaparts.com). I ordered parts from Jonesboro because they were slightly less expensive than other sites, like Bernardi. This proved to be a mistake. There were several problems. First, it took over a month to receive the parts that I ordered. Over a 10-day period, I sent 3 requests for status through their online messaging/customer support tool but never received a response. Had a wonderful experiencing working with this dealership! I was in the market for a new vehicle and had spent several weeks researching cars. Went to dealership for service work. No one came to vehicle, which is normal. Only 1 employee inside so went inside. April, only employee was on her cell with personal call. She looked at me twice and kept talking on phone. I stood and waited until finished and then she asked why I was there and told her service. She called for "T" in back and she came to help.
