After teceiving care at Grandview, this is a joke. Dirty rooms, no thought for otgers, management stinks which is why nurses are leaving in droves, long waits, food stinks, can't get a private room due to nursing shortage (which is important when having tummy issues), uncomfortable beds, poor quality sheets & blankets, slow response time from nurses. RecommendedI have had good service and care. From the Emergency Department to the room, lab, x-ray, and nurses I have been pleased. Unfortunately I have not experienced the food service, and the housekeeping has not been commendable

RecommendedCame to imaging early yesterday morning for routine 6 month CT Scan for my cancer follow up. Good news was I am still cancer free. The bad news was my lungs were full of blood clots. They immediately contacted my doctor and moved me very quickly to a room to start a heparin drip. The whole process could not have been better. All of the staff from imaging to the holding area to all the staff on the second floor have been 5 Star. A special thanks goes out to my friend Patsy Adams for your help.
Came in to the emergency room in Northport with chest pains. Once took to the back I waiting 20 minutes for a nurse to come in . It took 30 minutes for the Dr to come in . The time waiting I was have Active heart attack and never receiving treatment. No IV started no nitro given no morphine for pain the ED apartment is a joke I was Admitted in the next day had three stents put in my right coronary ordering. Just thank God he was with me because the ED staff was not
