RecommendedMy first experience with DCH Cancer Center was in August 1995. Following about nine months of chemo therapy and radiation treatments, I continued with annual checkups for almost twenty years. In 2016 I was diagnosed with Stage 4 metastatic breast cancer. While it was not in the breast this time; my bones, liver and lungs were affected. There has not been a day on this journey that I have wondered about the level of care I am receiving. RecommendedI had a procedure for my back. The procedure was done one day with an overnight stay. The care I was given from pre-admission through dismissal was very good. The staff was more than caring and accommodating.

Nurses always compromise blood sugar tests leading to false readings. Literally every time. They’re more worried about the last time you smoked a joint than your well being and what the cause of your visit is. On more than one occasion I have found fully drawn up shots that were said to have been administered to me in my box brought up to my room.
