RecommendedDr. Thomason is THE BEST! I have had 3 epidural shots in my back recently, and I chose to do it without sedation. The first time, he distracted me from the pain by singing “I got the joy joy joy joy down in my heart...” The second time he sang opera. The third time he told jokes the entire time. He is very sweet and personal. He is THE BEST!

It is ALWAYS HORRIBLE NEVER ANY SEATS THEY NEVER GET YOU BACK TO SEE A DO TOR THEY DO NOT !!!!!!! CARE ABOUT THERE PATIENTS THEY ARE JUST HORRIBLE HORRIBLE I DRIVE ALL THE WAY FROM COKER TO MEDICAL WEST IN BESSEMER because I DO NOT TEUST NORTHPORT OR TUSCALOOSA EMERGENCY ROOM !!!!
I had to wait 6 hours in the lobby with a broken hand that hurt severely. They lied to me when they said they were taking me back next. Another lady said it was because they were cleaning the beds after the first nurse told me that there was one available for me. The worse part was them letting all these little college kids cut line and get treated just because they're drunk. DCH isn't doing good right now and I wish they would do something about this.
RecommendedI couldnt have imagined a better experience when giving birth to my child. All the way from my OB to the nurses was a wonderful experience! I appreciate all you do.
