I have cancelled my monthly cleaning after two major negative experiences in the 6 months since I hired them. When I contacted the company initially I explained that I wanted monthly cleanings in my house but NOT including the bedrooms. I gave a full run down of every room in my house, where it was located, and what areas I wanted clean. In our rowhouse in Philadelphia we use DB Cleaners for maybe 10 years. When we moved to a condominium about a mile away, we contracted with a new service because I was worried about language issues. Most of the crew speak only Portuguese and I was afraid that they would have difficulty navigating the building concierge. Had a team of 4 come to my new home and they did a great job with the move in/deep clean package. Also steam cleaned my carpets which came out great. Would definitely recommend.
Four people came to my two bedroom two bathroom condo and spent four and a half hours cleaning it. It was filthy when they arrived I was actually very embarrassed for someone to come and clean my home. They did not leave a spot anywhere. They clean my electric toothbrush holder the inside of my refrigerator which I did not even expect and it was filthy disgusting gross.
