My family and I checked into the hotel during the afternoon. Male desk worker in the afternoon was very unprofessional due to smell and attitude. The room was a mess due to dirty towels with "stains" & pubic hairs. We went out and came back to the same mess but we decided not to stay because of the customer service, the cleanliness and the language barrier. The check-in process was smooth and easy. The rooms were exceptionally clean and charming. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the breakfast menu had changed since our last visit—the new management has made some great improvements. I was especially impressed by the staff; they were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. This is truly the nicest hotel I’ve stayed at in a long time. After five days of travel, I finally got a restful night’s sleep.
We absolutely love staying at Days Inn in Morris, IL! The facilities are excellent, especially the spacious parking which is perfect for our RV and trucks. The new management has made noticeable improvements, including the addition of a hot breakfast, which was a huge help before our long drive to Upper Michigan. Even during a busy weekend, the staff went above and beyond—one team member went out of his way to assist my wife, and we’re truly grateful for the extra care.
