Not enough towels very satisfying one night.
We had such a great experience staying here. The hotel is very clean, and the breakfast was really good. What truly stood out was the incredible staff. My son got sick in the middle of the night, and they immediately helped us by bringing new sheets and making sure we were taken care of, something we really appreciated during a stressful moment. Room was clean and comfortable
Very good breakfast and service, only complaint was the bathtub not draining very well in the room. Would absolutely stay again!
I would not recommend this facility for anyone who has special needs. When we checked into the room, we discovered that the toilet was so small and old that it only went up to below my knees. We asked if they had a handicap accessible room. They did, but instead of letting us trade rooms, they wanted us to pay an additional fee for just changing to a room.
