I'm another patient who was coming here for routine blood work. I had an appointment scheduled for 12:55pm, and apparently this lab closes at 1pm, but I was on time. I first went into the actual dialysis center since it is not clear where you should go. A lady at check in informed me that I had to go the nearby lab, but when I mentioned that the door was locked and no one was inside, she went outside the building so that she could see if anyone was there.
