I'm leaving a one star reveiw in hopes it gets the attention of the higher ups of Davita who make decisions. My nurse is 5/5. My facility is 5/5. Every other human being I interact with at this center is a 5/5. But this new phone system is absolutely ridiculous. Can no longer call our nurses or call to schedule an appointment. The call gets sent to an outside facility that handles calls that has nothing to do with davita except they charged the least amount to answer phone calls.
