Bad WIN, Bad Service Dear Davis-Moore Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, Recently my family (which includes my disabled son) and I were traveling and had some issues with our van. We made it to your dealership in hopes to find help. We knew it was the WIN (what use to be called the ignition), but was told that you would have to do a diagnostic test to be sure, then it would be $700.00 and three hours to repair it. Osman Rasheed My initial online experience with the dealership was a less than positive experience as I felt communication was poor. However, when I arrived to the dealership to ask for Mark, the sales manager, Osman actually met me to show me the car I was interested in. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with Osman. He was professional and very sincere. He did not have the typical car salesman approach, but actually was very open and kind. I would definitely work with Osman again.

Apathy Brought 2005 Escalade in for oil change. This was the second time I've had it at this site. My Altima was serviced many times at the Nissan facility with top rate service. First of all, the oil change interval indicator reset was marked as checked and OK on vehicle checkup sheet. It actually still showed 1%. The same thing occurred on my previous oil change visit. Our initial search was for a Toyota and went to the dealership in Wichita and were turned off by the lack of selection and pressure to purchase one vehicle that we had an interest in.
